I am anchored in beautiful British Columbia, yet my soul also lives in Puerto Vallarta, where I’ve travelled for over 30 years and feel deeply connected to the land, the water, and the medicine of the Earth.
My spiritual awakening began with my own inner healing. Through meditation, energy work, ceremony, and soul devotion, a light within me ignited - and it continues to expand with every step I take.
I am blessed to have learned from powerful teachers throughout my journey. My mediumship path has been shaped by Tony Stockwell, Lynne Probert, and Pam Pollington, extraordinary tutors from the renowned Arthur Findlay College in London, the mystical home of spiritual development. Their teachings deepened my trust in Spirit and refined my ability to bring through messages with clarity, compassion, and truth.
My inner-soul work is also deeply influenced by Dr. Joe Dispenza’s teachings - heart–brain coherence, the quantum field, and the power of changing our story through intention. I am a lifelong student of wisdom - podcasts, teachers, Spirit itself - because knowledge is medicine.
I am certified in Meditation, Reiki, the Healer Within Academy, and I am also a Certified Grief Practitioner trained by David Kessler, one of the world’s leading voices in grief and loss.
This work has become a cornerstone of my purpose - holding compassionate space for the deepest parts of the human heart.
My path is also rooted in my shamanic nature and my love of plant medicine studies. I honour the Earth, the elements, and the spirit of the plants as teachers. Ceremony, ritual, and the medicine of nature continue to shape my evolution and the way I guide others.

Harley - My Heart, My Teacher, My Guide
My son Harley transitioned on September 24th, 2020, to fentanyl poisoning.
After a devastating accident two decades earlier, prescription opioids helped him live a stable life. When they were abruptly taken away by our government, we faced the harsh, painful reality of addiction and stigma. Harley passed while awaiting treatment for severe stomach issues caused by the fentanyl.
His presence was immediate, undeniable, and sacred. Harley became my bridge to Spirit - my reason, my teacher, my proof that love continues. Today he walks beside me in every session, guiding my clients and expanding my understanding of healing.
His story lives in my work - as transformation, not tragedy.
